GBI ordered my earphones on the 6th of… I ordered my earphones on the 6th of February and it is now the 5th of March and I still have not received anything. I have tried multiple times reaching out to the customer service team to find out what is going on and not a single response. This review is not about the product because I have not received it yet. It’s about the horrendous customer service.

GBSCAM!!!! It’s been More than a month since I order the black AirPods and I still don’t have them . Didn’t received an email explaining why my order was going to be late or if their was a problem. I proceeded to send them multiple Emails myself and haven’t received any emails back, it’s just really upsetting because they have the money and everything that they need but I don't have What I paid for. I was hoping they would communicate so I wouldn't have to post this but at this point it’s feels like I got scam .

GBI never received my package I never received my package. I also could not get in touch with the company in order to find out any information about my package. Would not order from here.

GBI ordered a pair of your wireless… I ordered a pair of your wireless earphones but never received them. I was given a time frame in which I would get my ear phones. The time frame passed and I received a new time frame which then again passed! and now the third time they won’t even give me a time frame. I’ve tried to message them using their “contact us” option multiple times. I’m still waiting for a reply just like I’m still waiting for my earphones.

GBI have emailed you six times regarding… I have emailed you six times regarding my order and have not once received a response. I paid for these headphones February 5 . It is March 5 and i have not received them, yet you have already taken my money . I would like a response back immediately on to why your website says contact you for any questions or concerns and max response time is 48 hours yet here i am with no headphones and no response. That is terrible service.
