I never received my package I never received my package. I also could not get in touch with the company in order to find out any information about my package. Would not order from here.

Poor Customer Service and Missing Order I made an order over a month ago and received one email that linked to tracking of my order. My order did not come on time and when the tracker said my shipment would be delayed it still did not arrive on the new expected delivery date. Over a month passed when I payed and placed my order (money was taken out of my bank account) I still have not received the item that I ordered. I sent 3 emails to customer service inquiring about my order and I received no response back. I would not recommend buying products from this vendor as my experience with them has been pretty negative thus far. I hope that this review finds them so that they can make a change to their service

I still not have received my headphones… I still not have received my headphones after a month and half of ordering them. There are no updates on the check order status. I have tried contacting Revo twice about it and have not heard back. Yet I keep getting an email to review when I have not received my order or been contacted about it.

bad don’t like I ordered your earphones February 5 or 6 and they didn’t came. When I was watching for the first time track of my delivery, there was from February 15 till 21, then it changed to 22-27 and now I’m watching and it still February 22-27 and now store says they they will open soon I texted them and they don’t answer me

Where is my item? Well to start off with, Revo has on their site that it ships within 48 hours. I got my notification email that it shipped and expected delivery 2 weeks from order date. Then when I checked it close to the two weeks they delayed my delivery date another week after it was supposed to arrive. Now it's been a month and still haven't received my ear buds. I also emailed them since that's the only way you can contact them and I haven't received an email back after four plus days.
