bed bath and beyond gift cards They bought bed bath and beyond and claim they accept their gift cards in the checkout but claim the 200 dollars of gift card credit which explicitly states "NEVER EXPIRES" actual did expire and they say it's not their fault or problem that they actively chose to steal my wedding gift. Genuine scumbags work here and their admin is trash for making that policy. I hope they get sued by class action lawsuit. They're just stealing. That's what it is no matter what BS they claim. Nobody reached out to me from their company to tell me about the change before it happened. Why does our govt allow this BS

Returns are difficult and not free even if they say they are Like many reviewers before have said, Overstock.com returns are a nightmare. I signed up for their "Club O" because it supposedly got you free returns. Apparently Club O free returns only apply to certain items (which you don't find out until after you order) and a very high percentage of items on Overstock.Com are sold or fulfilled by 3rd parties, which means you can't even initiate a return without a legnthy email process between you and the 3rd party where Overstock.com is not included.

Failed to ship - Refuses Refund Paid for items that were apparently drop shipping from a 3rd party vendor. That vendor printed a label with a destination county of Central Africa (I'm in US) and never turned the package over to USPS. They refuse to refund because it is up to their 3rd party vendor if they will refund. Vendor won't refund unless I return items they never shipped. 3 days so far of excuses, delays, and refusal to either ship correctly or refund. Now I just want a refund.

Overstock.com refuses too deleted credit card and account information Bed, Bath, and Beyond (bought by Overstock.com) refuses to delete any of my information, including the credit card on file and account on the website. They claim they need everything stored for 4 years for business purposes. I understand the info on the internal database cannot be deleted for tax related reasons, but under the California Consumer Privacy Act, BBB is required delete any information that they can. No other company has refused this request. If you face this problem, contact the attorney General and California's CCPA department to voice your concern over Overstock.com storing your personal information. Once again, Bed, Bath, and Beyond (Overstock.com) is refusing to delete any of my information at all.
