Overstock.com refuses too deleted credit card and account information Bed, Bath, and Beyond (bought by Overstock.com) refuses to delete any of my information, including the credit card on file and account on the website. They claim they need everything stored for 4 years for business purposes. I understand the info on the internal database cannot be deleted for tax related reasons, but under the California Consumer Privacy Act, BBB is required delete any information that they can. No other company has refused this request. If you face this problem, contact the attorney General and California's CCPA department to voice your concern over Overstock.com storing your personal information. Once again, Bed, Bath, and Beyond (Overstock.com) is refusing to delete any of my information at all.

shouldn't order this company I ordered a mattress pad and received completely different item twice. Even after 3 weeks from ordering, there was no prospect of receiving the correct product, and I spent a lot of effort to return it. Finally, after spending 4 hours, I finally got to talk to a decent person and get my money back. Do not waste your time on this company's text customer support. Despite their name, they are actually useless AI. Warehouse doesn't do a decent job either. I ordered a mattress pad from Walmart instead, and the next day I received a proper cotton mattress pad that felt like a cloud of water proofn. It was really a nightmare. Not recommended.

I would never purchase from this… I would never purchase from this company again. I ordered a king-sized quilt. The quilt was not big enough to cover the bed and the quality was poor. When I returned the quilt, the cost of return shipping was deducted from my refund PLUS an additional $6 and some change.

Failed to ship - Refuses Refund Paid for items that were apparently drop shipping from a 3rd party vendor. That vendor printed a label with a destination county of Central Africa (I'm in US) and never turned the package over to USPS. They refuse to refund because it is up to their 3rd party vendor if they will refund. Vendor won't refund unless I return items they never shipped. 3 days so far of excuses, delays, and refusal to either ship correctly or refund. Now I just want a refund.

Overstock has my money and product Overstock claimed to have shipped my product 29 days ago with a company of ill repute. Of course it arrived damaged and I refused delivery, but now Overstock needs 3-4 to review, and magically during my text chat online and phone call, no mangers are available, even though I let them put me on hold multiple times during a 20 min span in attempt to reach one. It was the same ploy the one and only other time I ordered through this company. Now I have no product and no refund, and no supervisor who can address this issue properly !!!
