Great, personal customer service with the best sellback amount I could find. I really like everything about my experience with TurnTronics, except that once they received my device, they said it would take a few days to process, and I didn't hear back for over a week and only when I followed up. Other than that little hiccup, they were very responsive and great on the customer service end.

Honest and Reputable I was very Leary about mailing my computers to a company I researched on the internet? Would they pay me? Would they say the computer was worth less than they quoted? Well- TurnTronics was amazing to work with! Not only did they notify upon receiving my computers, they sent payment immediately and for a higher value than expected!

Highly Recommend Turntronics and Chris were an absolute pleasure to work with. Like many others I was nervous about selling my Apple gear through the mail. Chris was extremely responsive and made me feel very comfortable about the process, including customer safeguards (documentation of shipping, pictures, serial numbers, email chains, etc).
