Excellent and trustworthy service Sending in electronics (expensive ones) to a stranger in hopes of receiving cash can be a stressful and harrowing experience. Thankfully the people at Turntronics, namely Chris, makes the whole process simple and painless. We sold our 2009 iMac and made quite a bit more profit than we would have through a private seller because we live in a large metropolitan city where electronics are competitively priced. Next time we have something to sell, we'll be using Turntronics.

The product is of low quality The product is of low quality, certainly not an "outdoor" product and not even close to the advertised colour. The "easy return" policy involves either a discount off an unwanted item, or sending the product back to China at a cost of £60% of the paid price. I am very dissatisfied with the whole experience.
