Wonderful customer support! The magnet of my Tranya smartwacht fell, but they replaced it with a new watch free of charge, no hassle and even paid the customs taxes! Great customer service! I recommend it with my eyes closed and would buy Tranya products again and again!

Tranya T10 I have the Tranya T10 earbuds and the audio quality is really nice, however I only bought them about a year ago and they started to malfunction. The customer service team promptly responded to my email and sent a replacement pair when attempts to reset the earbuds did nothing to help. Knocked off a star in my review for longevity of the product, but it was covered within warranty and overall I think they're very good earbuds for what I paid for them.
