Good prices and very good customer service Ordered a digital audio player (Hiby R3 Pro Saber) when it was on offer. Customer service replied immediately when I wanted to change colour. Although it took a few days before they shipped it, everything went fine. The player arrived in Germany without any problems just a few days later (with DHL Express). Also placed an order some weeks ago for some headphones but cancelled it again. Here also customer service was quick and refunded the amount immediately. Can definitely recommend Linsoul for getting quality audio gear for a good price.

Had a defective IEM and they gave me the run around and wouldn't let me exchange or send replacement until I "smashed the Iems with a hammer" a whole week for them to even offer a solution. After sending them video evidence they still never sent them. SCAM!!! Buy elsewhere - hifigo, penonaudio, amazon.
