CAPhenomenal customer service Phenomenal customer service - called about repairing my new binos that had an eye-lot snap on them and no questions asked have a new pair on the way. Even gave me some wrong info by accident as I'm an international customer, and immediately called me back with corrected information. My new Bino order is all confirmed and was emailed to me as soon as I got off the phone. Well done eagle optics.

GBThe binoculars arrived on schedule and … The binoculars arrived on schedule and were well packed in paper not plastic peanuts. In my brief time using the binoculars, I am pleased with the extending eyecups and lock out for the diopter adjustment. The rubber armor has a nice solid feel and I hope they can tolerate many years of use and abuse.

GBI have been buying binoculars and … I have been buying binoculars and scopes from eagle optics for years. Always great service and friendly, knowledgeable people to talk to about the performance of whatever it is you might want to buy. They had an amazing return policy. It is sad that this company is going out of business. They don't make 'em like this place any more.

GBLive chat helpful tool Using the live chat I received helpful input from Eagle Optics representative concerning purchase I was considering. Had to wait a bit longer than anticipated ( due, I was told, to representatives assisting in-store customers) but the wait was worth it. Unfortunately I don't recall her name but she was very knowledgeable about products. When I called back and placed the order, I was told to expect it in 3-5 business days. Was pleasantly surprised to receive it the very next day. Sorry to hear Eagle Optics plans to go out of business.
