I believe they provided excellent customer service, just report it as soon as possible, they sent me another set of keycaps, I’m pretty satisfied with how how they handled it!

Gave me $10 off my next order in compensation, and reached out after I received the product to make sure it was satisfactory. 10/10 Customer Service, wish I could work with a company like this, might have to do some research and see if they have any job openings

Great customer support and awesome products :) Great customer support nice and friendly and gets right too the problem and gets it solved :) And their products is great too like their K649 Pro keyboard i have alot of mechanic keyboards over the years and their k649 pro is my fav :)

Was skeptical at first Was skeptical at first but the quality for the keyboard is very good and performances phenomenally . Had a small issue with my package tracker not working at first and customer service was very swift to fix the issue. Will be recommending to friends!
