Excellent Customer Service The customer service provided by Erin was outstanding. I encountered an issue with my initial order, and after some troubleshooting, they quickly dispatched a replacement. The build and quality of the M811 Pro are remarkable, especially considering the price. I highly recommend it. This initial trial is for a mouse that has been discontinued, and I plan to recommend this mouse to my work colleagues.

Quality products and customer support I have had the Redragon K530 PRO for almost two years now with no problems until yesterday I started having the space-bar registering double clicks so i contact the support team which have offered a replacement with minimal charges (shipping and tax fees).

Great quality and customer service I purchased my keyboard about 6 weeks ago. It finally came in.. I preordered a limited edition eisa k686 pro. I knew it was gonna take a little while to get here however did not expect 6 weeks.. I contacted customer service and Kiko got back to me and assured it was on the way.. the tracking had it from China which explained the delay.. once the keyboard came I knew it was worth the wait. The keyboard build quality is fantastic and solid from the ground up! Feels very premium in look and functionality.. I highly recommend redragon products for their quality and customer service l.

Killing It With Support! Even though I have not yet bought their gear Kikko answered multiple questions over a week of email exchange. It is nice to have a human on the other end and a good one at that.
