The entire process from selecting devices on the website, creating labels and shipping, contact with the team to receiving payment was extremely quick and very easy. The team is quick, efficient and overall great. Definitely recommend.

GBNot a great experience, not horrible either They were offering the most so I decided to give them a try. I sent them a device in flawless condition and was told it had a small scratch on it. It didn’t when I sent it, so who knows what happened while it sat around in their facility while waiting to be inspected. It took 6 days AFTER delivery. They said people were sick so it happens. The communication was appreciated while waiting. They offered a lot less which I initially declined. However, if I wanted it back, I would need to send them a label or pay for the insurance on the return shipping (otherwise they would only send it back with budget shipping). I took the lower offer and they sent payment quickly after that. So it could have been worse. Lesson learned… I will go back to using the more reputable companies out there. I’ve never had any issues like this with the more well-known trade-in companies.
