GBWhen ? I placed my order on Tuesday 12/20 . An order # was generated and my card was charged. I paid for expedited shipping to get the product during the holidays.. It is now Friday afternoon on Christmas eve and the order is still noted as "awaiting fulfillment". I have made several unsuccessful attempts to contact the company via phone and chat. Basically, the company has given no indication on when the order will be fulfilled. Neither the phone message nor the online ordering information indicates holiday hours. I understand delays. However, this company must recognize the need to inform customers of such PRIOR to accepting payment and particularly when accepting payment for expedited service. In general, I'm am very disappointed primarily due to Tough Outlet's failure to timely inform and the elimination of my ability to make alternate arrangements.
