Won't accept Registration Number I was able to get technical support to activate the program after being unable to get it to accept my registration number. Where it says enter your NAME, what it really wants is your email address. It would be nice if they would say that. Next problem to tackle is to get it to accept my email to add to the account. Waiting for a response on that issue now....

Excellent help desk service Being without email manager for more than an hour is very stressful for us, so after changing computers I couldn't get it up and running again for a day and a half. Finally contacted the help team and they sorted out the issue in 10 minutes at 9.30pm at night. The help team have always been excellent and I couldn't work without this program now.

Automatic Email Manager has saved me so… Automatic Email Manager has saved me so much time. I was using multiple solutions like HP ePrint and Zapier before, and they would stop working after a while for no reason. This software has been working perfectly.

Makes saving emails so easy! We use AEM to save emails as PDF files and also save their attachments. The Regex features allowing file names based on part of a subject line such as our file reference is really good but there are a few quirks. We trialed v8 before purchase (we were using V5) and the responses to our queries regarding the Regex features were prompt and helpful. The ability to add email addresses directly from the message list to black/white and custom lists to manage what actions occur based on email addresses makes management much easier. Adding existing actions to an account could be easier.
