Hectic renewal process We really suffer for renewing every year. We don't know what is wrong with the payment gateway but this thngvs happening very year for the past years. Also the price tag is high for what the system is weather first time purchase or renewal.

I was looking for a product that would automatically print an email I was looking for a product that would collect from a googlemail account and automatically print to a bar thermal receipt printer. This product works brilliantly, reading the mailbox every 20 seconds and outputting the incoming email. It's going to work great for our purposes and their support also seems good on my initial questions.

Makes saving emails so easy! We use AEM to save emails as PDF files and also save their attachments. The Regex features allowing file names based on part of a subject line such as our file reference is really good but there are a few quirks. We trialed v8 before purchase (we were using V5) and the responses to our queries regarding the Regex features were prompt and helpful. The ability to add email addresses directly from the message list to black/white and custom lists to manage what actions occur based on email addresses makes management much easier. Adding existing actions to an account could be easier.
