The product they offer is hands down the best that I've worked with everything from sing me out locations of employees to recovering stolen vehicles in less than an 30 minuets. They even reached out to me that tell me they had changed their rate plans and I could save money without sacrificing any service or refresh rates on my existing units. GBTraining was too fast and not customized The training was very fast and it did not customize the training to our situation with 8 cars for our maid service No way to question things except by chat. Learned some things that we can use for landmarks etc but not being able to have a two way conversation was a little disappointing
