The holster fits our unusual phone… The holster fits our unusual phone perfectly. The item is strong and works well. The price I saw was what I was charged. It arrived in the window of time we were given. This is a great company, very considerate of their customers, and selling good product.

Really pleasant customer service After received product (small CMOS battery) had little bit different connector, they generously offered a few different solutions. They offered to send correct new product but also another faster solution. After a little wait overlapping holiday season, they sent me the correct battery and I happily received it unexpectedly fast. (Faster solution was also very clever and useful.)

There and back again, a battery’s tale I was looking for a replacement real-time-clock (RTC) battery for my Toshiba portege z835 and ordered a battery. When the battery came, the connector didn’t fit the existing connector. The website said z935 and I got the impression from other websites that z935 and z835 used the same RTC battery. I contacted customer support to see if either myself or the company made a mistake. I sent pictures of the battery with some caliper measurements of the connector plug, and they were able to find a compatible replacement. I was able to replace the battery and get rid of my bios boot error. Kudos to Rome for breathing new life into my old laptop and for working with me to find a replacement. You may have better luck sending a picture of your battery first to customer support before you buy if your exact model isn’t labeled in their site.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong battery… I mistakenly ordered the wrong battery (X1 Carbon Gen3 instead of X1 Carbon Tablet Gen 3), a simple mistake that could have happened to anyway. The customer service was really excellent and prompt and gave me a refund as well.. really going the extra mile. I know where to get my unusual / odd batteries next time :) Thanks fella's. Iain.

Your customer service is great! Your customer service is great! A piece broke off my case. I contacted customer service and received an email back very quickly and had a replacement sent to my home within a couple days. Also I received a perfect fitting case for my phone.
