Technician was very professional. and… Technician was very professional and courteous. He explained everything. I was very pleased with him.

N/Av Matthew and Jacobi (sp?) were very nice, efficient and complete, and they added an extra connection box so we could run the cable between buildings. Also appreciate the text messages letting us know they were on their way. So far pleased with the new service.

A little late, but excellent service. The installer had a hard time finding my address (which is not surprising because GPS often misdirects people to my remote location). He was SO polite (Kris Pickett) and apologized for not arriving during the exact window that had been anticipated. When he got here, he went straight to work locating the best location for my receiver, installed it, and made sure that my devices were activated and online before leaving.

Paul was excellent! Paul was excellent as our install technician! He really went above and beyond in explaining the local infrastructure and future planned improvements nearby.

Not getting what I paid for. Not even close Did not get complete information at install. Only getting right around 15% of the download speed I'm paying for. Have not been able to get this fixed. No urgency whatsoever on rise to help me. Dan at customer service has been great but he's getting no help.
