GBI really like the service I really like the service. They are fast. I send top-ups to Accra Ghana. To ensure that it is a legitimate transaction they check the transaction. Sometimes I get a pending notification so that check let's me know that Top-up is legit.

GRGREAT CUTOMERS SERVICE GREAT CUTOMERS SERVICE I recent experienced an issue concerning my order number 1535237 on 01/15/2024 that I paid €35.69 to topup 1,000 UAH but after more than 24/hrs the topup wasn’t received in the corresponding pre-paid mobile number’s account. But with the extreme efforts of Topup.com customers service team the issue was sorted out succeefully on 24/01/2024 and as a gesture of goodwill they refund me the total amount and a topup of €35.69 provide me totally free to make me up. It was turns out that actually there was a technical error by mobile service providers and not in the part of topup.com.
