But with the extreme efforts of Topup.com customers service team the issue was sorted out succeefully on 24/01/2024 and as a gesture of goodwill they refund me the total amount and a topup of €35.69 provide me totally free to make me up. It was turns out that actually there was a technical error by mobile service providers and not in the part of topup.com.

Trustworthy Hi, i find TopUp.com very reliable, a little expensive but trustworthy. They gave qn offer of 5% discount but it had a very fast expiry date so when i used it... not much later it had expired... A suggestion that it would be nice just to gain credits over time that could be used... a little like kobo bonus points or frequent flier points..... that possibly would give a fairer discount.
