Overall Happy with our First Purchase They didn't have the items we paid for in stock, but called us to get approval to provide another of a different brand. This process took several days and then the item was shipped. This process took far longer than expected. Therefore, minus one star for time of purchase to actually receiving the item being several days longer than expected. However, once the hardware was installed, it worked perfectly. Overall, happy with the product received and would buy from them again, provided we didn't the need something asap.

Unusable rail and no customer support Unusable rail and no customer support. I reached out through their portal and email and waited two weeks after receiving an unusable rail. I have not gotten any response from them and ended up buying rails from a different seller just to rack the device 2 weeks later.

Everything is VERY fairly priced (especially the hard drive offerings!), and customer service is top-notch. It's very refreshing to see a company treating their customers well and proper, rather than just trying to squeeze the most profit out of every one. Looking forward to shopping here for years to come!
