It did take a little while to ship the server I ordered and at $65 isn't cheap, but I understand that the server had to be configured and tested before being shipped. On future orders I will expect a 3 day lag in preparation and shipping.

The fifth server did not arrive, but they quickly made things right by tracking it down and offering to send a new one if I did not receive it within three days. Called to check on order on a Saturday Called to check on order on a Saturday, and actually talked to someone. He checked on the order, realized that there had been an oversite, and got it resolved. Drives were shipped out Monday afternoon, and I received them Saturday afternoon (delay from UPS due to adverse weather). Got the drives swapped into the trays that my old Dell server uses, and they are working perfectly. Drives came wrapped in anti-static bag and bubble wrap bags and encased in more bubble wrap in the box. The even have labels stating the power on hours. 10/10 would buy from UNIXSurplus again.
