GBSleazy sales tactics The sales rep misrepresented the whole situation. She lied or omitted many points to get her "compensation". Told me I could still use my current phone as the new one could be an extra phone. My current phones service was canceled. Sleazy sales tactics! I would never recommend Tru Connect.

GBManipulative representative While I was very grateful to be able to receive a free phone for emergencies, the representative was very confusing. At the end of the sign up she asked how I was going to pay for a subscription I did not want. She demanded I paid her or it would be coming out of her check. I asked for her office number but she declined. She was persistent about the payment. After that encounter I didn’t even want to use the phone or be a part of the services.

GBStop It I don't know how you all were able to cause my phone seervice to be disconnected and after doing so, I had NO way of speaking with a person to correct the issue. Maybe in the future, check with people to make sure whatever you all do on your end doesn't affect or interupt individuals service. Especially when they are elderly!!!
