GBStop It I don't know how you all were able to cause my phone seervice to be disconnected and after doing so, I had NO way of speaking with a person to correct the issue. Maybe in the future, check with people to make sure whatever you all do on your end doesn't affect or interupt individuals service. Especially when they are elderly!!!

GBYou transferred my lifeline discount… You transferred my lifeline discount from my home phone landline to yourself without my knowledge or consent..just went through the same thing with Assurance Wireless…your representative told me they have lawsuits pending! You should have lawsuits against you as well! Deceptive business practices! LIARS!!!!!!

GBWhen I first found out about this… When I first found out about this company, I had no idea what to expect. We'll I ended up using their services for a couple month's and ended up switching out for what I thought was a better "deal" with another phone service turns out they just switched me out of my tru connect and sent me a Sim card that didn't even work. Well my experience with Tru connection sky rocketed when they took me back with open arms! They totally understood, and sent out a new Sim card for me ASAP. I love the customer service they offer and easy use of the app. Love it, love it, love it. THANK YOU
