I ordered a laptop bag as a gift I ordered a laptop bag as a gift. I was notified the day before it was supposed to arrive that it was delayed and there was not expected delivery date. I decided to go out and purchase something locally so when the bag arrived after my husbands birthday I contacted the company to begin a return. They were very slow to respond and then when they did they said they do not provide return shipping labels even under the circumstances. They asked for the item to be sent back in the original shipping box so I packaged it up and took it to the post office. It is going to cost $45 to ship it back! I took it out of the original packaging and even in a smaller post office box it will cost $36 to ship it back. The bag was $70. It is ridiculous that they will not help with the return shipping cost. I am so disappointed and will NEVER order from here or recommend this company to anyone.

quick shipping, good fit I had bought a Targus charging adapter kit for my Acer notebook about 2 years ago after the original one died. Over the past weeks, I noticed that the tip was not seating as well as it used to, and was not consistently charging. I figured that the tip was worn from my repeated plugging and unplugging it into my laptop. I bought a replacement tip, and it fits very snug - works great now. Thank you!

A little redesign would improve things Love the case and quality after I had stood on. my head to put my iPad in it. Disappointed however that it is so difficult to activate on/off and sound switches as the case makes them so recessed. A little design change would be good and if it does come about a discount on a new model please😀😀 in order to trial it for those with arthritic hands etc.
