I had problems with sweetwater : no service , simply, never delivered my product ("the page is not safe" said my bank ) and never gave me a solution . If somebody ask me in South America about vst software I going to recomend PluginFox .

They resolved the issue. I bought the product, received wrong key first time,I messaged the company and emailed a coupe of time, it took me about 2 days to get the right key code from them for the product I bought. I was not very happy at first but then realized its busiest time of the year, so may be not that bad, happy now.

Took some time but The license key I got didn't work and it took three days to get a response from support, however to be fair it is a very hectic time of year and I imagine they must be swamped. That being said they eventually resolved my issue, so I'll definitely consider buying from them again. Just note that if you buy a plugin from them, it might take a few days to get it, so as long as you aren't in a rush, I'd recommend it!
