That being said they eventually resolved my issue, so I'll definitely consider buying from them again. Just note that if you buy a plugin from them, it might take a few days to get it, so as long as you aren't in a rush, I'd recommend it!

They resolved the issue. I bought the product, received wrong key first time,I messaged the company and emailed a coupe of time, it took me about 2 days to get the right key code from them for the product I bought. I was not very happy at first but then realized its busiest time of the year, so may be not that bad, happy now.
