GBThey only got one support guy answering… They only got one support guy answering all the questions. I don't care which location the server is, they should have more support reps. You'll get a simple answer the next day because probably the only support rep available is either overloaded with too many tickets or in sleep during off business hours. Not very helpful on urgent situation when you're abroad or on the road with different time zone. Their security is also lacking as there is no firewall for port blocking at the router level. The price may be competitive but you get what you pay for if you don't mind with the challenges of tackling on your own and facing security issues.

NLI have been working with dedicated.com… I have been working with dedicated.com for the past couple of months, we rent multiple full racks from them and it has been nothing short of amazing, friendly support, quick replies, and most importantly the ability to think outside of the box. DEvery bad fixing of the problem Answer was quick but so unprecise that me as a normal person could not work with that information. so problem still not resolved.

GBI have been a data center technician… I have been a data center technician for many years. As a new TrustPilot user, I would remiss if I didn't review some of the companies I have worked on/for. I remember when Dedicated was a 1/2 rack and called LA Dedicated. What they have pulled off in the years since, shows that they have a recipe for success. Few companies know how to build a network properly. Dedicated is one of them.

BENot so bad A good price vs quality for a dedicated servers. Some outages (the last lasted more than 2 days ;) )... but still ok. The support answers quickly during working hours. The answers are not always precise, but in the end with a little patience, you arrive at the result.
