Not so bad A good price vs quality for a dedicated servers. Some outages (the last lasted more than 2 days ;) )... but still ok. The support answers quickly during working hours. The answers are not always precise, but in the end with a little patience, you arrive at the result.

RDNS support did not work on the server control panel, which support was unable to fix within 5 days. After 5 days of downtime for our product, I received not an apology, but an offer to update the RDNS through the support chat instead of the panel. Okay, I agreed to this decision, but after asking to update the RDNS in the chat, I received from a company employee a portion of insults and accusations that I was a scammer/spammer and their services were not for me, after which my server was canceled (thank you, at least the money was returned ) I am very glad that your employees use RDNS extrasensory abilities to determine everything about the client, but I expected to get a regular working server and not insults and almost a week of project downtime I'm surprised that anyone even works with you

I have been a data center technician… I have been a data center technician for many years. As a new TrustPilot user, I would remiss if I didn't review some of the companies I have worked on/for. I remember when Dedicated was a 1/2 rack and called LA Dedicated. What they have pulled off in the years since, shows that they have a recipe for success. Few companies know how to build a network properly. Dedicated is one of them.

A straightforward, smooth experience I've never colocated a server before, but Dedicated.com made the experience straightforward, fast, and easy. I had a bunch of questions before I bought any services and the COO himself answered me right away. Then once I signed up, the staff guided me through the handoff process and they were friendly and accommodating. And the control panel in the members area is just like what you'd find on VPS/cloud hosting (except it's my own box spec'd exactly how I want). Honestly I couldn't be happier and I know if I run into any issues, Dedicated will be there to help. If you have your own server and want at least a 1gbps connection, check them out you won't be disappointed =)
