GBOrdered an iPhone 13 Pro Max leather… Ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max leather zip wallet case on Tuesday evening - Black Friday 25% off deal with free shipping. Wasn't expecting much after seeing previous reviews (which I stupidly read after placing the order). It's now Thursday lunchtime; has just arrived by courier. An absolutely stunningly crafted wallet, fits perfectly, gift boxed with ribbon and velvet bag; and loads of extra bits I didn't order (or pay for) - a leather AirTag fob, a leather key ring, a leather mini wallet, a mask......and six Gold VISA cards in the slots (although I doubt I'll get very far if I try to use those....). BEYOND pleased, Bouletta :-)

NLI don't usually leave a review, but when I do.. I don't usually leave a review, but when I do.. What a great products and services! I've had a Bouletta case some 5 years ago and when I got the iPhone 12 mini this was basically the only choice available for me. The only thing that bothered me was that it's not compatible with MagSafe. When I reached out about this issue, they offered me a MagSafe compatible cover for a good discount. I was so happy with the customer service and the products that I bought two belts from them as well. Again, I don't usually write reviews but this is well deserved. Everyone at Bouletta: Keep up the good work!!

DEThe deal was good but…. The deal was good, the quality of the order also. Not so nice was the shipping procedure, because of the import tax request from TNT. This is still an open request and not finally clarified.

GBI ordered the wrong size and have yet to receive a response back on how to return and get a credit. I have already purchased a new one in correct size. This has been very frustrating not good servic I ordered the wrong size and have attemped several times to get assistance for the return after I purchased the correct size. No response or assistance.
