I ordered the wrong size and have yet to receive a response back on how to return and get a credit. I have already purchased a new one in correct size. Customer After Sales Service is Shocking! I have purchased two magnetic phone cases from Bouletta for our iPhone13's. The first purchase the case was amazing, the magnet is firm and holds the phone snuggly in the case, the second purchase however, was a nioghtmare and my husband is completely fed up with his phone constantly falling out of the case. I have emailed over and over, complained on social media and having received an email to rate you, here is my 1 Star rating. Please get back to me and sort this, as you do have great looking products!!!!
