GBMM made good! UPDATE: It appears that it was a UPS issue and MM has refunded a portion of the shipping costs... FIVE stars! Previous entry: The ordering process and customer service by phone were great, but the shipping leaves a little to be desired. We spent $40+ for UPS 2-Day and it took four days to arrive. Also, the tracking number didn't arrive via email until *after* the product arrived. I am willing to try order again though.

GBThis could have been a 1-star review This could have been a 1-star review, because the software I ordered was no longer being sold there, nor at the price posted, and they offered a cancellation refund, but I insisted they own-up to their error, and instead deliver what I just paid for. The team respond quickly and delivered within an hour, sucking up the cost and saving face. Kudos, regardless of management approval. Management should be proud for turning a 1-star into a 4-star. BTW: this was hours after waiting for my digital download to be emailed. I had to call them because online chat wasn't responding. So customer service depends on the customer's insistence. Just saying.

GBAMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Through the website's Support Chat feature I waited no more than 20 seconds to have both of my issues immediately resolved. Which was perfect because I'm behind a deadline! Motion Media should buy their support agent a cup of coffee for being so awesome!

GBExcellent customer service! Excellent customer service!! So well in fact, the owner himself took the time to help with an order due to limited staff. Smooth and easy conversation, personable and was able to solve the issue with ease! They care about their customers, that I can tell. I would most certainly shop here again, if nothing else but for the wonderful customer care! Oh and my purchase was reasonable in price, shipping was reasonable (though our local drivers seem to be unable to open their doors, might be stuck I reckon) lol
