Great Customer Service EProvided successfully recovered my thumb drive. I mistakenly damaged the drive when my laptop fell to the floor. The thumb drive was in the laptop and it bent. I was afraid I would lose all those years of data in the drive along with digital photos of my family and important documents I had saved through the years. Fortunately, they were able to recover the data successfully. Customer Service was always very prompt and following up with me and letting me know the status of my issue. Is it Just me, or do they tell everyone they need to use advanced recovery... I contacted them after seeing their quote for around.. $50? online.. for recovery. I had an "internally" damaged flash drive.. it was unreadable, but wasnt physically damaged.. when i explained how the drive was acting., they said it should be a simple fix under $100... Once I sent them the drive and money order, all of a sudden advanced recovery is needed... and thats about $700.. Why is it that most reviews Im reading here are all saying the same thing... simple recovery didnt work, advanced recovery was needed....

Recovered Everything! My granddaughter ran into my flash drive in my laptop. All of my data disappeared. When I tried to use the drive again, the computer would not recognize it. Crisis Averted I lost all of my school work in the middle of the final exam period and thought the world had ended.
