Recovered Everything! My granddaughter ran into my flash drive in my laptop. All of my data disappeared. When I tried to use the drive again, the computer would not recognize it. In fact, no computer I tried would recognize the drive. Did a google search for companies who could recover data and this was one of the ones that came up. Great Customer Service EProvided successfully recovered my thumb drive. I mistakenly damaged the drive when my laptop fell to the floor. The thumb drive was in the laptop and it bent. I was afraid I would lose all those years of data in the drive along with digital photos of my family and important documents I had saved through the years. Fortunately, they were able to recover the data successfully. Customer Service was always very prompt and following up with me and letting me know the status of my issue. Worth every penny! I recently had a USB drive simply stop working. No computer would even recognize it. As principal of a high school, I had our Tech people look at it to see if they could get it working again. They tried multiple ways to access the data but were unsuccessful.
