Adam is absolutely amazing and if… Adam is absolutely amazing and if anyone there with this touch copy company in authority gets this please know that I have NEVER had anyone in any company trst me or handle situation for me whatever they may be as professionally and proficient as Adam. Touchcopy16 worked perfectly for me… Touchcopy16 worked perfectly for me (when iMyFone TunesMate did not...do not go anywhere near iMyFone) and I needed an urgent solution. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars for WideAngle is because having purchased a licence, when I deleted a previous trial version from another laptop, I was offered the product at another price. Always annoying and IMHO just devalues the product. That said, compared to some products of this type, the lifetime licence appears to be good value. Just watch the addition of VAT at the checkout.

Great Tech Support. The Best! Wide Angle Software leads the pack when it comes to tech support. When my program and app stopped working they helped me identify the cause: My phone. Turns out that my phone had major issues and needed to be replaced...I never would have known otherwise. If you're considering one of their products I have three words of advice: Buy It Now!

I tried to install TouchCopy but… I tried to install TouchCopy but because of a problem on my computer or itunes the program did not fit. I talked to the program seller and they tried to help but I honestly couldn’t. So, I asked for a refund. Guess what, they issued me a full refund. I wrote this comment to say thank you and to say that dealing with honest respectful person is rare nowadays and these people were so professional and honest.

Six stars for customer support Six stars for customer support. Not only did I receive a fast response but my issue was resolved with one email. Wide Angle Software customer service is the template other (95%) business's need to learn.
