GBWide Angle Software I was very disappointed with this Company. I accidentally paid them twice for a piece of software. This was notified to them immediately but despite 3 reminders there has been no reply and my latest email to them seems to have been blocked. Update 22 July: after leaving my Trustpilot review Wide Angle Software got in touch straight away and provided the refund I had requested. Rating updated from 1 star to 4. The Touch Copy software I downloaded worked perfectly and I managed to retrieve a lot of iPod songs that I thought I had lost forever and copy them to ITunes.

GBI purchased Touch Copy 16 to move our… I purchased Touch Copy 16 to move our iPod's music library onto a new computer. When I had questions, they were answered within a day. Some time later, I forgot that I'd already purchased a lifetime subscription and purchased it again. When I asked Wide Angle if there was anything that could be done about this, a refund was initiated that day. This is a great product from a trustworthy, honest company.

GBBest money I ever spent... Oh my gosh -- the Wide Angle Software, specifically the TouchCopy 16 represents some of the best money I have ever spent. Last year while attempting to back up our iTunes library the external hard drive crashed -- it was truly a No Bueno moment. We worked with an external vendor who was able to recover maybe 65% of the content. Of course, that meant we lost some photos and music. With TouchCopy16, we were able to recover over 9200 music files from our various iPods and iPhones. I still had to manually download about 2500 CDs, but this software worked wonders.

GBI recently purchased Tune Sweeper to… I recently purchased Tune Sweeper to get rid of over 50,000 duplicates in Itunes. The software ran like a dream and when the help desk suggested I sign out of Itunes to clean the data more thoroughly it scooted threw them all. Highly recommended.
