I have purchased 5 Macs from them over the years and all have performed (and even looked) like they were brand new. The latest Mac came promptly, was in pristine condition, and is running perfectly. Apple support and sales team has all… Apple support and sales team has all been positive. I am not sure who I spoke with on November 14 but in the pass I have emailed and spoke with Christina Prins who has been very helpful in all matters. Even trying to get me a Apple Gift Card for my purchase on the 14th from the promotion of November 25 to 28. Speaking with Apple sales who would horror the request but we or Apple could not find my purchase order even at the iPower.

The computer was in great condition The computer was in great condition. It appeared to be new, except that it was delivered in non Apple packaging. It is now being used hard by my son & has performed perfectly during the two weeks we have had it. It comes with a 1 year warranty so that is always a plus. The staff was great, putting the order together quickly & allowing me to choose local pickup instead of delivery, as I reside close enough for the trip. I even received simple verbal instructions about how to migrate the user account from my old machine to the new one. Who gives basic live, free, & accurate technical support any longer.
