It is now being used hard by my son & has performed perfectly during the two weeks we have had it. It comes with a 1 year warranty so that is always a plus. The staff was great, putting the order together quickly & allowing me to choose local pickup instead of delivery, as I reside close enough for the trip. I even received simple verbal instructions about how to migrate the user account from my old machine to the new one. Who gives basic live, free, & accurate technical support any longer. Just like new at a fraction of the… Just like new at a fraction of the cost. Couldn't be happier. Fast shipping all the way across country to DC. Computer, again, is pretty much brand new in perfect working and physical conditions. No fingerprints or any other signs that indicate the computer I received is any different than the exact description of the computer I purchased online. After losing my original book, hope to never do business like this again. But if I do, I'll be coming back to iPower.

I had a problem with the RAM on my Mac… I had a problem with the RAM on my Mac Pro purchased from iPower Resale. Christina Prins was very helpful in helping me solve the problem by sending me a replacement at no charge (Note: do the extended warranty!). Everything is working fine now. She even included a printed return slip and a bag for the return of the old RAM. I'm very happy with iPowerSales' response and solution.
