Great company to work with I sent in 2 older iPhone 7's used by my parents for several years when I updated them to new phones. I thought I had cleared them properly before shipping, but inadvertently left the apple ID on one of them. I was contacted by a representative to ask if I could remove it. Instead of rejecting the phone they worked with me to correct my mistake. It only took a few minutes to remove the lock via icloud and they paid me the same day.

Easy & Such Nice People! Sent in my phone, and got a text about my quote. Responded back but heard nothing and thought I would never get payment.
