GBMy server was messed up My server was messed up. I started receiving server errors the day I gave them the access to server. All they had to do was to ask me to restore the server to prior day. instead they said , your website is too huge , we can't do the job. So I guess for small websites they are good.

GBMost prompt company I've ever dealt with. Always prompt to answer questions and fix issues. Honestly, one of the most prompt companies I have ever dealt with. Everything happens quick with FixRunner. I considered cancelling my membership initially after they fixed a couple issues I was having, not because of them just because I didn't know if I would need it... but whenever I think of something, or for some reason if our website has a problem, I immediately can email them and its resolved. It's worth the peace of mind, and almost like an insurance policy on your website (with no deductible!). I will be a long time member of Fixrunner.

GByou could be excused for casting an eye… you could be excused for casting an eye over the reviews and thinking they're too good to be true - so I'll put my review (thus far) of fixrunner into perspective - I run a high value content wp site from the UK (maths assistance/guidance for nurses) it has loads of memory sappng plugins- I currently use another 'well -known' global brand to host and fix issues .... or rather should I say 'upsell' at every opportunity. So fed up with their service i turned to fixrunner for help and to give them a trial run ... so far so good ---not giving them 5 stars yet ... but yes i would recommend

GBThe difference between lighting and… The difference between lighting and lightening bugs ... I do not lie. And I speak from having offshore freelancers on slow-cruise mess up and talk out their backsides. For solving the smallest and greatest WordPress or DIVI website snafus, function or design, this outfit is tops. Sam keeps his word, and Ilija (if you can get him and his team) isn't stumped by the beauties I've failed to fix on my site. And I'm a Mensan. My experience is they regularly fix my problems overnight, not in two to six weeks. Their command of English is extraordinary and unexpected. Yeah! True professionals.
