GBBeen using CleanMyMac for over 8 years Been using CleanMyMac for over 8 years, so it has proven to be helpful in stopping problems before they start. Over that time we have owned at least a dozen Apple computers and laptops running the Mac operating system and occasionally needed to add or move licenses. Recently the MacPaw team assisted in consolidating licenses and saving money -- they optimized the seat count for me. Efficiently carried out with good communication. Hats off and please stay safe!

NLCanceling trial a hell I used a trial version for one of the applications. Cancellation turned out to be a rather baby carriage process via the mobile website. In response to that, I contacted the company via email. I received no response to that from one moment to the next. It appears to be very difficult to cancel your trial subscription. I will not be doing business with this company again anytime soon.

GBQuick email response I am a CleanMyMac customer and had occasion to email a question. I received a very quick email response. Admittedly, I must have asked the question during normal working hours, but I am very pleased. The fast response saved me time.

NZI love MacPaw I love MacPaw. I had a bit of a billing mixup when I transferred email addresses (from work to personal). Kostiantyn was super responsive to my clumsy descriptions of what I thought was happening, followed up woth me, and helped me resolve it including coverage from when it was my mixup! Really great service, and I totally trust Clean MyMacX to keep my mac in order and protect me. Which is great cos I wouldn't know how to otherwise :)
