NLCanceling trial a hell I used a trial version for one of the applications. Cancellation turned out to be a rather baby carriage process via the mobile website. In response to that, I contacted the company via email. I received no response to that from one moment to the next. It appears to be very difficult to cancel your trial subscription. I will not be doing business with this company again anytime soon.

AUHappily resolved licencing issue While there was some delay in getting my licencing issue for CleanMyMac X resolved, changing from 2 machines to 1, I received a partial refund for the unused licence. The service agent (Bassam) was polite and efficient. I highly recommend MacPaw both for their product and for their service. First class.

GBBeen using CleanMyMac for over 8 years Been using CleanMyMac for over 8 years, so it has proven to be helpful in stopping problems before they start. Over that time we have owned at least a dozen Apple computers and laptops running the Mac operating system and occasionally needed to add or move licenses. Recently the MacPaw team assisted in consolidating licenses and saving money -- they optimized the seat count for me. Efficiently carried out with good communication. Hats off and please stay safe!
