First time buyer As a first time buyer I was quite nervous, it was bought for my daughter who was delighted when it arrived earlier than expected and has been using daily. A minor issue with the mouse pad reported at 11pm recieved a response email before 8am the next day and was corrected straight away. I would definitely buy at computer discounts in the future.

It’s my first foray into MacBook… It’s my first foray into MacBook territory so I was very careful in researching products. I found Computer Discounts while trying to find myself a reasonable deal. I had not considered re-conditioned tech until this site. After some consideration I bought the MacBook Air, Monterey. Delivery was swift and when I had a problem setting up on my first day, I contacted them and they sent back the the information I needed without delay. Great returns and money back policy I recently bought a MacBook Pro from Computer Discounts. When I got it I realised that it was much bigger and heavier than I expected and so wasn’t suitable for what I needed it for. The actual laptop worked like a dream and looked brand new but I still decided to return it. I emailed letting them know this and returned it the following day. It was sent on a Friday, it arrived with them on Monday and my full refund was in my bank account on Tuesday morning. Absolutely great service. So even though I was not buying the product, Computer Discounts gave me a first class service. Intend now to buy a smaller MacBook Air.

Really pleased After owning apple products from new I was slightly reluctant to purchase but it’s for my 78 yr old Mother so seemed like a great option.. She desperately needed a new small light weight laptop so I brought her a macbook air.. Brilliant easy to set her up, small and exactly what she needed. Arrived quickly and would definitely buy again.
