It's in beautiful condition, works very fast, and synchronises seamlessly with my iPad and iPhone shared files and apps. The Computer Discounts support team could not have been more helpful with the small setup queries I had, and they responded almost instantly. First time buyer As a first time buyer I was quite nervous, it was bought for my daughter who was delighted when it arrived earlier than expected and has been using daily. A minor issue with the mouse pad reported at 11pm recieved a response email before 8am the next day and was corrected straight away. I would definitely buy at computer discounts in the future.

bought a MacOS Catalina a few years… bought a MacOS Catalina a few years ago. Within a couple days it was having some issues. I had already set it up and had to send it back which was in itself very annoying. However, they helped and were quick and sent me another laptop in replacement. After that experience and having set up another one, this strange vertical line appeared on my laptop about less than a year later. It was annoying but see-through and having done so much with this laptop already, I notified them but put it off because I didnt want to re-start the whole process AGAIN. And now that line has turned into a solid 2inch band and they cant help me because it's beyond their contract, even though the problem started early on and I notified them.

Great little machine Great little machine , looks good as well , all works , free downloads didn’t work though but didn’t need these downloaded pages from App Store no problem, so she’s off writing her book now, light and perfect for her, thanks

It’s my first foray into MacBook… It’s my first foray into MacBook territory so I was very careful in researching products. I found Computer Discounts while trying to find myself a reasonable deal. I had not considered re-conditioned tech until this site. After some consideration I bought the MacBook Air, Monterey. Delivery was swift and when I had a problem setting up on my first day, I contacted them and they sent back the the information I needed without delay.
