GBHad an activation issue transferring… Had an activation issue transferring the Keepgo SIM card to a new phone. Online (email) help was timely, quick and efficient and despite the problem being somewhat complex Ndifreke was able to figure everything foot and solve the problem and was very pleasant to work with!

MYKeepGo customer service My Esim didn't connect properly but I was lucky to have WiFi available in order to contact KeepGos customer service messaging. They were very prompt and I have used the messaging a few times. Each time was good quick service. One member of their team Hoa Khuong is very good and each time i worked with Hoa my issue was resolved quickly and in a professional manner.

CAExcellent customer service I contacted Keepgo for an issue with my eSIM refill by email and I received a response within an hour and my issue was fixed.. excellent customer service !

CAKeepgo and their CS FTW! Great flexibility and considerate to my fancy setup Bozhena D know exactly what I need and is able to provide my provisioned solution exactly the way I did. The whole experience with their CS is also pleasant as they have shown great flexibility on this rigid eSIM settings. In Toronto I dont think this kind of service exists in local providers.
