The process of estimating laptop is easy and payment is processed on time. They were very patient in helping to wipe the data from the laptop. Sent a prepaid label. The payment was also super quick and the amount was as expected with a clear explanation of why it fell slightly short of what we had hoped. We plan to continue to use this company moving forward.

Shady company that pays for 5 star reviews Shady company. Offers one price and then gives bogus reasons for paying a different one. Also pays 15 dollars for 5 star reviews on trust pilot, which is a violation of terms of service. Would not recommend.
