The streaming works very well from time… The streaming works very well from time to time but it is often bad, especially in the evenings and usually just at the most inappropriate moments! Their engineer has tried his best to resolve this remotely but it is still problem as it seriously interrupts our viewing when we most want to watch it.

NO ACCESS TO WEBSITE FOR SUPPORT OR INSTRUCTIONS!! Ordered the card and VPN router for my friend that I stay with in NL several times a year. Everything arrived, however, now when we go to access the website for help with the installation, whether he accesses it in NL or I try to access it in US, it says FORBIDDEN with the error response 403. I can understand if there's an issue with accessing the site from the US, but when I ordered it on 6Dec while in NL, there were no issues whatsoever. This is really poor service as now we can't even get any support to help set it up. If that's the case, we're still within our 14 day full refund return window and we'll just send everything back and go elsewhere.....
