A cowboy outfit This company also goes under the name everymobilephone.co.uk I ordered a battery for a friend on the 6th of October and it still haven't arrived I have emailed them loads of times and never got a response as well as phoned them on their M99 number and they won't answer the phone,the cost to me is only £6.90,but if they do that to every-one that adds up to a lot of money,I only ordered from them as my friend wasn't prepared to pay more and wanted the cheapest option,but I wish I googled them first,please if you're reading this,stay away from these crooks.

False stock listings, multiple company names I ordered a product from speedydelivery.co.uk, and the site clearly stated that there were "at least 35 in stock". After ordering on a Saturday, I received an email on the following Monday from M-99 (with no mention of speedydelivery.co.uk at all) saying that a product I had recently ordered from them or one of their partner sites was not in stock and they had no idea when it would be, so they had cancelled the order. The mulitple company names do not look very trustworthy, and the stock listing was utterly false.

M-99 AVOID Purchased a charger and cable for Asus Transformer but received a cheap Sony Ericsson Charger instead which will not do the job due to incorrect voltage. Support is the worst I have ever experienced with online shopping Do not buy from M-99 - even ebay is better than this company! You have been warned

Incensed! My order was accepted, payment taken but I was subsequently advised that the item was not held in stock but was being mailed directly to me from suppliers in Hong Kong! It never arrived. The company has not responded to my emails. They do not provide customer support on their 0870 phone number and fail to live up to their published Terms & Conditions. I advise that no one should place business with this company. I will take every opportunity that I can to castigate the reputation of this company with family, friends, business associates, on forums, social networking sites etc. until and unless they refund the money taken.

Wrong item - refusal to reply to request for correct item I ordered a handsfree headset for an HTC x7510 - they say their handsfree set consist of in-ear phones, microphone and clip They sent me an ordinary set of earphones, ni microphone, no clip and the wrong plug. All emails, phonecalls etc have gone unanswered
