PAID MONEY>>>NOTHING SENT>>NO RESPONSE OFF THEM Whether or not I am going to be sent the item I ordered, Its been a month now since paying, the phone number tells me to email them, then emails I send only get an automatic 'we offer a further week extra to send items back' email. Which is useless info info if I have never received anything. Total blag site so far in my opinion. They will be getting a visit. If it is genuine, they said they had stock and they obviously havent. Incensed! My order was accepted, payment taken but I was subsequently advised that the item was not held in stock but was being mailed directly to me from suppliers in Hong Kong! It never arrived. The company has not responded to my emails. They do not provide customer support on their 0870 phone number and fail to live up to their published Terms & Conditions. I advise that no one should place business with this company. I will take every opportunity that I can to castigate the reputation of this company with family, friends, business associates, on forums, social networking sites etc. until and unless they refund the money taken.

M-99 AVOID Purchased a charger and cable for Asus Transformer but received a cheap Sony Ericsson Charger instead which will not do the job due to incorrect voltage. Support is the worst I have ever experienced with online shopping Do not buy from M-99 - even ebay is better than this company! You have been warned
