GBYou can't go wrong with CDI! Of all the vendors I have dealt with in my 15 years working in public education, no once comes close to matching the experiences I have had with CDI. My rep, Andrew Frustaci, is outstanding. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I am a pleased customer. CDI repeatedly gives me more and more reasons to purchase from them.

GBBeen using CDI for several years and… Been using CDI for several years and they get only 3 stars because their stock is usually limited. They only have certain models with no interest in finding what you need. Also, the product is sometimes not in satisfactory condition. Instead of grade A condition, you will receive grade C at a premium price, product with a lot of scratches, dust, and missing parts. Customer service is also slow sometimes with you having to constantly send reminder emails.

GBCDI has consistently good service and… CDI has consistently good service and good equipment that rarely has issues. Over 95 percent of equipment is in working condition now and when received. I have two RMAs in the last three years. Compare this to other refurbished suppliers, with twice the DOA rate, twice the failure rate in less time, no comparable warranty, and no reachable customer service.
